PHANTOGRAM came to the Twin Cities selling out and wrapping up the opening weekend to Palace Theatre. If the fresh snow on the ground confused you about what season it was, maybe the in your face lyrics delivered by Barthel set you straight.

The duo owned the stage and entire venue bringing in their own light show, enormous backdrop riser and non stop music for nearly 2 hours. I don’t intend to portray Barthel as a screamer in the photos, but the emotion she puts in her performance is hard not to capture. It might look like its a riot fest but their live sound is what you expect from PHANTOGRAM wrapped up in smoke and fricken laser beams.
