Alter Bridge landed at the historic Moore Theater in Seattle, WA this past Wednesday bringing Nonpoint and Them Evils along. This was AB’s last American tour date before heading overseas to NZ (and returning for newly released US stops). For my first time seeing Alter Bridge live I was impressed; their studio vs. stage sound is nearly identical boding to their raw ability. Miles Kennedy effortlessly performs on vocals and guitar with Mark Temonti’s face melting lead solo’s – these guys are musicians in all forms of the word. They make music and play the hell out of it because they enjoy it – it makes them tick. And it shows. Through the ebbs and flows the music industry has – a point Kennedy made in gratitude to all the fans that filled the theater – they get on stage and pull you right in.

For live rock shows Alter Bridge is a must see. Catch them on their followup dates in Florida in April and making their way through the Midwest at Northern Invasion.
