I’m not sure why I’m writing this, because I shouldn’t have to give you a reason to go see Taking Back Sunday & The Used, with opening act Frank Iero, but there are still some shows that are not sold out, so here we go!

Frank Iero and The Cellabration were great. Frank was absolutely shredding on stage, and then he spent hours with his fans until the doors finally closed. He also  did an interview with us AFTER the doors closed, so stay tuned for that!

The Used came out strong, and Bert’s interaction was something else. At one point he was raising his arms up and down to moderate the volume of the crowd screaming, like ‘Simon Says!’ A scary moment was when 2 girls climbed over the balcony and ran towards Bert, but he was all smiles and gave them a quick hug, and was back to the show!

We had a good ol’ fashion circle pit going, and Bert split the crowd for a sick ‘wall of death!’ Ya hate to see a band like The Used open for someone, because you know they are not going to be coming out for an encore. Never the less, the set was fucking amazing!

John Nolan, Adam Lazzara, Taking Back Sunday. What more do you want me to say? These guys deliver every single time! Adam with his moves like Jim Morrison moving all over the stage, to John’s sick guitar and unique vocals. Adam worked that crowd, poured his heart out, and threw that mic around like it was his bitch.

It’s worth noting by the way an act of “Minnesota Nice,” during the TBS set. Someone from the crowd yelled “You’re doing great John!” Which Adam heard and repeated so that everyone, including John, could hear it.

It was an absolute pleasure shooting this show and being there to witness the 3 reasons why venues all across the country are always sold out!!!
